It gave me red X mark at the end as the docs were not accepting from gallery then I have to take color printouts and then upload it through camera, it accepted. Changed from missing doc to Under process immediately.

I had the same issue at Metrash2. Red cross with Family visit. I had to resize the photo even though the size was perfectly OK and reupload. It wirked for me. I used the jpg format. I am sure, the resize method will work for everyone and that is the only problem when it shows X Family Visit.

I am facing the same issue when applying for the family visit visa

"Missing docs" is a blessing in disguise. Proceed as below.

1.Take a colour printout of all documents(passport copies,certificates,NOC and contract)

2. Go to duhail immigration show the missing docs and enter hall 11(show them metrash mssg docs)

3. Once inside hall 11 take token for lady officer

4. While waiting for your number immidiately open metrash open camera and use your hard copies to upload the documents(use camera only dont use gallery or files from phone)

5. Suggested to carry another phone also in case same red cross comes and try again to reupload only using camera

6. Immidiately it will be underprocess, now go to lady officer using the token u take before show her this and she will change it to under review

7. Now try to get captain token from same hall (if status change to under review). he will make it to 3rd stage under process

8. Again get lady officer token and show under process you will get visa number immidiately.

If they are rejecting giving token just wait inside the ministry for some time and retry.

You can double check your file size in the computer. Also check the file type if it is jpg.

I hope this would help. For me I have the same issue but when I downgrade the file sie to less than 150kb then i was able to re-upoad the documents.
