Nissan or Toyota to buy

Dear Members,

I am planning to buy a used or new car, but i am so confused between Toyota and Nissan as i heard Toyota is better whereas the cars i looked at, Features are far better in Nissan than Toyota , can u advice for maintenance, resale and overall usage / comfort ?

Both are good cars. However, Toyota has an edge over Nissan in that its spare parts are comparatively cheaper than that of Nissan, and are also easily available. Secondly, if you buy a new Toyota and maintain it well, it would sell quicker and get you good returns.
