If you worked for an organization with the sponsors temporary work permit but after the agreed period the organization failed to pay last 2 months worked salary what is the right legal way to get the pending payment

If your contract is a legalized one, you can lodge a complain against the company and the authorities will help you get the money. You can take the first step by filing a complaint with the Human Rights Committee and if they cannot get the matter resolved they will advise you of the next step. You can also approach the Labour Office directly bypassing the Human Rights Committee.

It all depends on what sort of documents you have in hand. Do you have any signed agreement with them on paper or a Contract with their seal on?
