Getting a duplicate car key?
Our Hyundai 2012 model only has one key, a remote-controlled one. We want a spare one but when we rang the Hyundai garage in Doha, they said we couldn't have a spare one made as our car is not on their database. The reason for this is that it was privately imported.
Anyway, when I asked what would happen if we lost the one remaining key, they said the car would be useless and would have to be sold for scrap.
So does anyone know whether we can get a duplicate made anywhere in Doha? We need it to be programmed.

Have you checked in their website or tried contacting the HQ by send an email?
There is one key maker near Rotana in Bin Omran,,,,,visit the store and he wil do it quickly,,,,,cheers :D
Dont lose your key or write to Hyundai directly
I think most key makers in Doha could make one for you. Just check with them. There are several of them around in the city.
