I have received New Family Visit Visa for my wife, every thing fine on the visa except the proffession which the immigration have mentioned Bussiness Man so is this fine or should i have to get change ? and wht the process to change?

No issues, it is fine, when I applied for my wife's visa also the same was the profession. But she came to Qatar with out any issues the last week.
