You need to follow all the formalities while resignation whether during leave or during work - get your end service benefits, close your bank accounts, close kahramaa, house etc etc cancel RP and then leave Qatar happily - What is the problem for you otherwise.... If you dont have any such committments or attachments in Qatar, then you can resign any time.....
