Vodafone Qatar - Cheats on people
Hello all. Good day.
I am here to report some abnormalities of Vodafone Qatar. In the month of March I got an extra bill of 174 QR. Its for some Quiz competition from 98903 & it said I've voted everyday. But actually I have no idea at all. I tried to complain but almost everyone said from customer care that we will come back to you shortly, but surprisingly still no one contacted me regarding this. I have to pay that bill coz without paying its not possible to use my number.
Due to covid, vodafone say that to communicate via online but its quite difficult to reach them via phone. I've attached the extra bill here please have a look. Vodafone says its not their concern!!
And this kind of shits happen to me several times. I'm really fed up with their hypocrisy.
So everyone please be aware of this.
Same happened with me and I went to customer care and everything they say that you have to pay this. So i cleared all the bills and shut the service.
Go to the Vodafone shop and explain to them. Don't leave the shop until they fix it.
I also had faced same type of issues in several months, got extra bills unknowingly. Call the customer care explain to them and they will adjust in the next bill amount otherwise go to the vodafone showroom directly to talk to them.
