Qatar school equivalency certificate pending since 9 months

Hi,
I wanted some information as to where can i follow up for my school equivalency certificate for UPDA process. I had applied for my school equivalency in January 2024 and submitted all required documnets and forms at the ministry of education office but inspite of multiple follow ups it is still pending for the last 9 months and the status shows under investigation since then. When i visited the ministry they said it is pending from my country,does anyone have an idea where do i follow this up in my country.
