hello everyone i need some advise please....

we took a rent to own car in a limousine company go for move but suddenly when we go going to renew the estimara and tried to go to the office of go for move the owner gone to his country and the office is alrady close and someone told us that the owner of the company left the country in short he runaway bevause he has already a lot o cases....now my concern is that 1 st we cant renew the estimara bevause ot was not yet transferred to my name but the payment will be done after a few months and the payment its already settled.. as we heard the news that the company owner has gone away to his country and have cases here in qatar....if you can advise me what we can do for this situation please...thank you
