Salary Calculation

Dear All,
Have a good day !
I have one query regarding calculation of salary. One of my colleague went on Emergency Leave without pay from 14/4/2024 to 18/4/2024.She joined duty on 21/4/2024.We have only Friday weekend off but she is entitled to Saturday off as well as a special privilege. She is claiming that although she joined on 21/4/2024 but salary for 19/4/2024 (Friday) & 20/4/2024 (Saturday) should be paid to her while calculating salary for the month of April 2024. Seeking advice from knowledgeable persons in this matter.
Thanks in advance for paying attention and resolving this issue.
