Seeking Guidance on Visa Application for Old TB Case

My colleague had TB in the past but is all clear now after treatment. Colleague already have a job in Qatar and need to get a visa, but the TB test showed up old results in medical at QVC. TB can stay in the body even after treatment life time, but it's not active. Alreaedy have another test results for confirmation TB negative.

Collegue in a tough spot financially and really need this job. Any help or advice you could offer would mean a lot.
