Solo car accident repair please help

Hi everyone..

I just had my third accident here in Qatar

First was not my fault. But second and third is my fault. (Solo accident when parking)

Again, the taillight is broken. I bumped it against the wall. But functionally there's no issue. Light is still working only half of the red cover is gone..

Honestly I don’t want to bother to fix it…I am pretty sure I will bump it again sooner or later..
So the question no1 is..can I drive without fixing it? Is it illegal or something?

Question 2.. since I had multiple accident this year, I am afraid my insurance fee will search next year. Considering that should I repair it with my own money not claiming  the insurance company?
