Traffic red violation

Hi, I violated signal traffic unintentionally on June 1 and paid the amount in the same month.
But I never knew that I should leave the vehicle in traffic seizure area. 30th September was my istimara and after finishing inspection istimara department ignored to renew it and they told me check with madina Khalifa traffic department and I was advised to leave my vehicle in seizing place which is industrial area street 52.
And I left my vehicle last week Monday and the officer told us to come back after 7 days.
or Will I get message to get it back from there or I should I go based upon officers advise?
