Travel to oman

My passport was set to expire in November of this year, so I recently submitted a renewal request. After the renewal, my passport number changed. Unfortunately, I need to wait at least two months to update the new passport details on my QID, as I’m currently serving my notice period, and my current sponsor would not approve the update. I plan to wait until I join my next company before making the update.

Next week, I’m planning to visit Oman. My concern is that if I obtain the visa on my new passport while my QID still reflects the old passport details, will this cause any issues?
