Water tank cooling

Hello everybody

i would like to seek advise on either buying a water tank cooler if so which type exactly I don't need cold water just none hot water , should I buy and insulating water tank cover .
Unable to have cool water even with the geyser off water still hot and unpleasant honestly. I am not a big fan of the whole fill up a bucket and use (which I am doing at the moment )
