Karwa bus company spending huge amount of money but, their service is to be consider, they should change the management I think so.

Guess you are first person to complain about Karwa bus service. I have used their buses for over a decade and have found their service very good and efficient. I don't see where you saw a problem. Why didn't you write out your issues for them to look into.
