Helmed by the talented mixologist, Hamza Ettaouil, the beverages served at 12 Chairs Caviar bar are a notch above the rest.

Hamza is quite adept in the beverage department and is currently demonstrating his expertise at the caviar bar. He has also been listed in the top 50 mixologists' Power List in the Middle East by the Caterer Middle East website. His style is unmatched as he presents each beverage in an enhanced manner with a complex story or inspiration.

Mondrian Doha is offering a unique opportunity for VIP guests to attend a mixology masterclass while sampling the caviar delicacies at 12 Chairs.

The drinks’ maverick is giving a masterclass every Friday where he teaches the guests something new alongside basics of mixology of non-alcoholic drinks. The guests can also savor the delectable caviar specialties while they learn the art of making memorable drinks from the best in field. The masterclass is priced at QAR 555 and held every Friday at 12 Chairs at 8 pm.
