Look forward to a specially curated menu with a four-course Criollo set menu and a welcome drink while you enjoy live entertainment. With this menu, Executive Chef Frank Ponce pays homage to the diverse regions of Peru and the contributions of different cuisines from around the world to Peruvian cuisine.
Criollo cuisine holds a special place in Peruvian culinary heritage, representing a fusion of indigenous, Spanish, African, and Asian influences. It is a cherished expression of Peruvian identity and showcases the country's rich cultural diversity. Criollo dishes are known for their bold and vibrant flavors, stemming from a harmonious blend of native ingredients like potatoes, corn, and aji peppers, along with Spanish spices and techniques.
