La Mar Doha launches exciting new menu
Guests are invited to try La Mar Doha’s vibrant new menu. Curated by Gastón Acurio and aligning with the menus of the La Mar restaurants around the world, the new menu features an assortment of rich seafood, mouthwatering recipes, and fresh Peruvian ingredients.
A new selection of signature and unique handcrafted beverages and mocktails are also available, including the new Pisco Sour Tonka – only available at La Mar Doha.
Must-try new dishes include Cebiche Criollo, with the chef’s fish selection, chicharron calamari and aji amarillo leche de tigre; the Pulpo a la Brasa with grilled octopus, pesto criollo purée; and the Planchaza La Mar, with calamari, king scallops, octopus, prawns and more.
Aside from this, La Mar Doha has also prepared a new section focusing on freshly caught and cooked seafood. The new fish selection is equally exciting. Scorpion fish from Greece, freshly caught hammour, red snapper, and more can be found fresh daily. Choose from a variety of freshly caught fish from the new display and the chefs will suggest the best cooking method and Peruvian sauce to pair it with including spicy Salsa Norteno, sweet and spicy Salsa Nikkei, and the tangy, citrusy Salsa De Aji Amarillo.
Aside from the new dishes, favourites such as the Lomo Saltado, Chaufa Aeropuerto and the famous Torta de Chocolate can still be found on the menu for the loyal guests.
