Mondrian Doha houses some of the finest dining experiences and gives its patrons a diverse array of options to tickle their tastebuds. The luxury hotel has brought another spectacular dining pop-up concept, Bottega di Carna to Doha. The concept specializes in Italian authentic flavors brought to life by its brainchild, Dario Cecchini.

Bottega di Carna is a vibrant modern Italian eatery set to delight guests with a lively gastronomic experience that reflects the craftsmanship of Dario’s unique spin on classic flavors. The title "The Greatest Butcher in the World" belongs to Dario Cecchini, whose expertise was passed down through more than eight generations of master butchers in Panzano, Italy. His restaurants and shops in Tuscany are extremely popular owing to his hospitality and generosity, and that spirit carries on in the pop-up at Mondrian Doha.

The Bottega di Carna concept in Mondrian Doha relies heavily on using the best of ingredients and emulating the fun, playful attitude of Dario’s in their hospitality. Guests can enjoy the buzzing atmosphere of the dining area with a view of the open kitchen watching chefs at work.

The drink pairings are perfectly intended to complement the lovely food and reenergize the guests’ senses. The impressive menu boasts of high-quality crudos, beautifully crafted fire-carved steaks, authentic handmade pasta, and premium charcuteries. Guests will be able to delight in the delectable traditional desserts served at the end of the evening including spoonfuls of decadent tiramisu.
