With dining out no longer being an option, due to the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, most of us are cooking at home more often.

For those who are also working from home, this may some times be tedious and quite a bit of a challenge.

However, with Sit Beit's pre-packaged food, you have a fantastic option to ensure you and your family eat wholesome and healthy meals.

Sit Beit offers ready-to-cook traditional Arabic food, which not only allows you to save on time but also lets you indulge in authentic Middle Eastern flavors.

You can try out any of the four recipes: Molokhia, Freekeh, Mujadara, and Biryani, which are ready within 10 minutes!

You’ll find all the instructions on the back, which also includes “mamas tip”. All you’ll need is a stove, pot, oil, and boiled water! If you need a visual guide, you can check out their videos on social media, to make it even easier.

All Sit Beit meals are: MAMA approved, vegan, and can feed three people. They also have a long shelf life (a year).

The idea behind the ready-made pouches is to encourage people to cook at home with ease and enjoy a healthier lifestyle, says Rana Khatib, owner of Sit Beit Kitchen. "We have worked together with a nutritionist to ensure the portions are adequate and everything inside is healthy."

"We’ve been developing this brand for more than two years and launched less than a year ago. It’s just my husband and I right now, operating from a small home-setup factory," she adds.

Sit Beit Kitchen offers delivery and you can also find them in 15 different locations in Doha including Al Meera, Ideal Diet, The Hub, Good Life Market & Evergreen Organics.

To know more, you can follow Sit Beit on Instagram or Facebook
