The region’s leading food and delivery app, Talabat, joined hands again with Qatar Charity for a generous gift-giving drive this Eid Al Adha.

Customers can now donate Udhiyah to the less fortunate residents in Qatar through the Talabat app.

Talabat and Qatar Charity have worked together in various projects throughout the year, giving more emphasis on Eid activities.

The two entities have signed an agreement to make the platform a channel for sending donations via Qatar Charity to a variety of causes.

Currently, customers can choose to share a meal for one person, a couple, or a family in need during Eid.

Additionally, Talabat added the special Udhiyah, a term for Eid gifts, which includes a “sheep of sacrifice” for sharing priced at QR 520.

Francisco De Sousa, Managing Director of Talabat Qatar, praises the local and residents’ outpouring support to Talabat and Qatar Charity’s humanitarian initiatives.

‘Eid Al Adha falls at the right time to share our blessings as we are facing the nation’s first stages of recovery from the pandemic. We encourage those who can take part in this selfless act as, on this special occasion, food unites everyone.’

We are grateful to Qatar Charity for initiating such major projects for the sake of those in need.’

Talabat wishes those who are celebrating a prosperous and healthy Eid Al Adha Mubarak!

You can download the Talabat app via AppStore or Google Play.
