After months of eating at home and using delivery apps every day, finally, restaurants are excited to welcome customers back.

Fortunately, once more technology is here to rescue and revolutionize the dining experience forever: UTSeat.

UTSeat: an innovative and user-friendly Mobile Application, UTSeat brings power to both customers and restaurants.

With a considerable number of phone call reservations since the restrictions have been uplifted, diners have a hard time getting a table and restaurants are losing many customers. UTSeat allows customers to book their tables in one click through their phone. It also allows customers to book the exact table they want giving them more freedom and independence.

With safety as the key focus during the current situation, UTSeat drives a contactless menu to ensure a reduction in contact exposure time. The live status of the restaurant will be displayed for customers' information indicating the number of tables available at the restaurant. From the restaurant side, the app aims to bring in more customers through a better dining experience in a well-managed way.

UTSeat ensures that customers are always entertained and have a clearer picture of what is going on in Qatar (event feature that will come up shortly after the launch). Any special event/offer taking place at any restaurant in Qatar will appear on the app suggested according to each customer's preference.

The team behind the UTSeat app is striving to bring even more features in their later updates which will be revealed at a later stage to keep the excitement alive.

Orders at the restaurant will be made possible through UTSeat using QR Scan codes to reduce the contact time between restaurant employees and customers.

The seamless online payment which will be made through the app is aiming to bring more convenient and safer means of transaction.

Ms. Alia Lalla, the founder, and CEO of UTSeat sees the app as a way for a safer, convenient, and better experience for eating outside.

“UTSeat will change the future of dining experiences forever,” she added.

UTSeat will be available to download on IOS and Android and is free of charge for the customers to use.

Thanks to its unique features, UTSeat is part of a new league of reservation mobile applications. UTSeat will be used worldwide soon and will become a global solution for restaurants and their customers.
