Made with only a handful of ingredients such as milk, nuts, cream, sugar, and puff pastry, the essence of the decadent Umm Ali lies in the latter, Chef Ahmed explains.

While explaining the recipe, Chef Ahmed highlights some key things such as letting the puff pastry fully soak the warm milk before covering it with sweetened whipped cream. Another important thing to take note of is the timing of baking it. Four minutes only, he mentions.
