I am an american citizen that speaks english as a first language. I achieved an A* in english at IGCSE level and an A in biology. I am tutoring students for 100 QR per hour. Can be in groups or private sessions. Past papers included.

Guess you need a bit more of education. There are so many major mistakes in your post. Here is how it should have appeared:

"I am an American citizen who (not "that") speaks English as a first language. I achieved an A* in English at IGCSE level and an A in Biology. I am tutoring students for QR 100 per hour. Tuition classes can be held in groups or there can be private sessions. Previous test papers will be included."

One doesn't need to be an American or a British or a Westerner to know the English language. While I don't brag or boast about my knowledge of English, I sure can give many Westerners a lesson or two on English.
