If you have identified an abandoned vehicle and wish to know how to report it, you have come to the right place!

Individuals will be required to fill out an online application via the Ministry of Municipality and Environment’s website.  The informant will then need to select the municipality and enter the electricity number, zone, street and building number. The next step is entering the vehicle number and clicking ‘Start Workflow’ to submit your request.

One can also report abandoned vehicles, among other services, using the Ministry of Municipality and Environment app available on both IOS and Android in both Arabic and English. This Application helps citizens and residents in Qatar to Access Ministry Of Municipality and Environment Services such as 

1. Request Pest Control
2. Request Tree Trimming Service
3. Request Sewage Cleaning Service
4. Car Removal Services
5. Workers'Housing Complains
6. Allow users to take a shot from phone camera and send it to the Municipality with comments (could be a report about a road problem, a car that is parked for a long time, etc.)

To make things easier, you can also report an abandoned vehicle through the WhatsApp hotline, 33438885. You will be required to send a photo of the vehicle and its location.
