Hi, I had the same issue twice. Two things worked out for me. First time, I restarted my phone and registered again on the app. Second time it happened, restarting my phone no longer worked so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again. That fixed the issue and hopefully I wont have to experience it again because it’s annoying and very time consuming trying to fix the app on the spot while the security is staring at you waiting for your health status.
Un-install the app and install it again. That should work. Or update your OS.

Try calling 109 for Ehteraz's tech support team. I've heard this is merely a system/OS glitch.
