#- Eat a balanced meal. Everyone tells this so much that we no longer care about it. Try to include as many nutrients as you can in your meals.
#- Drink a lot of water. Water does magic, trust me.
#- Keep active. You don’t have to get a gym membership or invest in costly work out machines, but keep moving and stay active.
#- Don’t ever skip breakfast.
# Sleep well. Go to bed early and rise early.
