A curse of the expat life is the amount of calories that one simply seems to be adding on. Eating healthy or working out might be easy for some of us, but not for the majority.

To this, add all the junk food and the weekend meals that we have and voila, there goes our waistline to the next bigger size.

However, never give up for, here are some simple tips that could help you to control what you eat, your weight and lead a healthy life

#- Understand what you eat. Make an effort to know what all the junk food and soda could do to your body and health.

#- Write down only what you need before you go grocery shopping, and stick to the list. Try to limit what you buy and hence, what you cook with.

#- Read the labels and the wrappers. Remember that not all ‘E-numbers’ are bad, but too many are not good either.

#- Eat a balanced meal. Everyone tells this so much that we no longer care about it. Try to include as many nutrients as you can in your meals.

#- Drink a lot of water. Water does magic, trust me.

#- Keep active. You don’t have to get a gym membership or invest in costly work out machines, but keep moving and stay active.

#- Don’t ever skip breakfast.

# Sleep well. Go to bed early and rise early.

I like all what was mentioned, however, there is more stuff hidden in the food we eat, that push our bodies to add more fat than consuming .

what i meant is the pollution-chemicals used in vegetables-cortisone used in meat, which allow us increase our waist line even we consume small portions. because the problem is not the quantities we eat, is the quality of our foods.

I have found a product that detox my body cells, and support my body with all types of vitamins needed.

in one month, I have lost 6KG without any effort, hunger, or diet.

this is a real revolution in nutrition science, that will be the future of this industry.
