I doubt very much you'll be able to find one. There may be a few who teach the English language at British schools, but the local laws bar them from doing private jobs.
As for looking around for a "native" English tutor, let me assure you that many native speakers of English are not familiar with the rules of grammar of their language. In fact, they are very poor in most cases. I am not a native of England or any of those countries in the West where English is spoken. Yet I can say with confidence my knowledge of English is far better than many people whose mother tongue is English.
