Does anyone know any news about this? Usually, we only collect our packages free of charge unless it is subject for custom duty and taxes, but now a small packet item even we already paid for shipping is charge QR15. Is this a new policy from QPost?
Even paying for a box of your own does not change anything! Go and read reviews on their Facebook page and see what is happening to people who have their own private P.O. Boxes...smh
Ha! Ha! I would never have an item valued at QR 2 shipped to Qatar through any courier service even if I need to pay a paltry amount of QR 15 which seems to be pricking you a lot. Never.
Your argument is not logical at all. You are simply making a fuss over a non-issue possibly because you are a person who always counts his pennies while the pound slips by.
Acchabaccha...it is not about QAR 15...but real credibility of the payment...the parcel may be worth just 2 riyals and what if Qpost charge QAR 15 for each parcel and also QAR 2 per hour as parking fees...this is disaster...
Also another condition, what if your QAR 2 ordered 10 of it...So total cost of item is QAR 20 and how much you pay QAR 172 Riyal...
An acchabaccha can only find happiness in paying QAR 172 for an item that should have been paid just QAR 22
I have had items sent to me through QPost and have been receiving such parcels for several years now. I have never questioned or objected to their asking me for QR 15. The amount is just too small to even talk about. If you feel a lot of pain in paying QR 15 to QPost, suggest you get your items through other courier service such as DHL, Aramex etc. You'll love their charges!
