I have a car of my friend registered under my name because he was out of Qatar for almost 2yrs during the pandemic, meaning out of the country, so I took over ownership. I want to register a new car under my name but since he came back and he didn't cancel nor renew the estimara. They're informing me I can't register a new car at the moment since I have an expired car under my name. I'm unable to renew because the cars estimara is unarenewable because of the condition and his not willing to spend any more on fixing the car
