Claiming his third victory of the Red Bull Qaher El T3ous title, Jassim Al Emadi was crowned as the ruler of the desert amid a stellar show of maneuvering skills and exhilarating action at Red Bull’s T3 buggy race this Friday.

Offering thrill-seekers a chance to witness a unique desert-racing event in a face-off between Qatar’s most passionate dune racers, the Red Bull Qaher El T3ous, Qatar’s pioneering desert buggy-racing event, held its third edition featuring a new track format this year at the Qatar Racing Club in Sealine.

In a unique off-road path, each racer was required to make a joker-lap at some point during the race that meant taking a small shortcut to give each competitor an advantage if used strategically.

The preliminary heats saw racers come head-to-head in a splendid show of motoring skills passing waves of excitement through the cheering crowds.

During the qualifiers, the competitors embraced a heightened competitive spirit keeping the audience on the edge of their seats.

The knockout stages brought Jassim Al Emadi and Milos Pavloic on the field racing for the winner’s title, with Al Emadi taking the lead and bagging the first prize.

A one-of-a-kind event, Red Bull Qaher El T3ous has since 2011, brought together amateur racers and motorsports enthusiasts from all over Qatar on a platform to demonstrate their passion.

It has been designed to give spectators an unparalleled view of the action, allowing them to watch each race from start to finish from the comfort of their seats.

The Red Bull Qaher El T3ous also displayed some incredible stunts performed by buggy riders piquing the excitement of the viewers at the race.

The event is held in partnership with Vodafone Qatar, Qatar Racing Club, PRO TV, regency Group Holding, Sheraton Grand Doha Resort and Convention Hotel, CAN AM and I Love Qatar.

Qatar Living was proud to be the official community partner for this event.
