WHERE IS GEWAN ISLAND?

Heading to The Pearl Island, you will head to the Gewan Bridge (Qatar's first curved stay-cable bridge) where you will find yourself driving by the two towers and then surrounded by green on the left and blue on the right.

A place to live, shop and visit, Gewan Island measures 400,000sqm of man-made land. With over 650 residential units, over 100 retail units, a hotel, beach club, gold club, cooled walk-way and nearly 1,700 parking spaces, the island represents a rich mix of features.

With a total of 15 buildings, each 6 to 7 storeys high with 586 residential units. Units include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as 4 bedroom duplexes overlooking the sea, the promenade or the city.
