Extension of Tourist Visa Due to Closure of Airport in Corona Desease

Dear All,

Due to Corona virus Sri Lankan Airport has closed 18.03.20 and My family is under Tourist Visa untill only 19th.03.20, so when we asked My Travel Agent (Cozmo Travel) to extend the visa becuase of this critical situation (Normally Tourist visa not extendable), now they charged me QR400/Person for extend only 15 days of visa which is really expencive and im Helpless, coz visa will expire 19th and they said if expired it will cost daily QR200, i went to Airport Passport office and they said i can only extend trough Tourist Agent, this is really unfair and from this critical situation they steal our money. Is there any place to get advise on this matter or place complain about this.
