
443 people charged for COVID-19 Violation

According to the Ministry of Interior's announcement on Saturday, 443 people have been reported to the authorities by the designated authorities for breaking the Covid-19 preventive and precautionary measures in effect in Qatar.
434 for failing to wear masks where they were required and nine for failing to install the Ehteraz app—were sent to the prosecution. This is in accordance with the Cabinet's determination about infectious diseases based on Law No. 17 of 1990.
To protect themselves and others from the spread of Covid-19, the authorities have asked the public to abide by the precautionary and preventive measures.
