The American Chamber of Commerce in Qatar (AmCham Qatar) hosted a heartwarming evening on November 14 at Le Royal Meridien in Lusail, celebrating culture, community, and gratitude.

The event brought together over 210 guests, including esteemed representatives from the US Embassy Doha, government officials, sponsors, members, and business leaders, to foster connections and highlight the shared values of collaboration and appreciation.

The evening opened with a welcoming address by Xiomara Henriquez, Executive Director of AmCham Qatar, who emphasized the event’s focus on unity, cultural exchange, and the power of gratitude.

“This evening is about celebrating the partnerships and relationships that make our community stronger,” said Henriquez.

The US Embassy’s Senior Commercial Officer highlighted the embassy’s close collaboration with the local business community, emphasizing the role AmCham plays in strengthening ties.

Brandon Viator, Technical Manager for ConocoPhillips Qatar, a platinum sponsor of the event, spoke about the value of creating a sense of home and belonging for expatriates in Qatar.

Exciting Raffles
Gulf Air, the airline partner for the evening, awarded three destination tickets, including a luxury package for two to Bahrain with a hotel stay. A total of 41 raffle prizes from 15 contributing members and partners were distributed.

Guests enjoyed a carefully curated evening program featuring speeches, a dinner buffet, and networking opportunities in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
