beIN and Snap Inc partner together to bring FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ coverage to Snapchat

The flagship sports channel from beIN Media Group, which is also the official broadcaster of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ for the MENA region and France, has partnered with Snap Inc. to bring the FIFA World Cup coverage to Snapchat. Snapchatters will be able to view football highlights on Discover, as they enjoy every memorable moment from the current season till the end of the big event in November.

The Discover partnership will launch the dedicated football highlight shows to cover the best of the football season as stated in the agreement signed at beIN’s MENA headquarters in Doha by Mohammad Al-Subaie, CEO of beIN MENA, and Hussein Freijeh, Snap Inc.’s General Manager – MENA.

The Discover platform will feature the ongoing European football season, including UEFA Champions League, English Premier League, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1 through a dedicated weekly football highlights show. In addition, a “Weekly off-season’ show will also showcase general sporting events and news.
