HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani is the patron of the event.

The Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) will host Cityscape Qatar starting today  June 20 until June 22. More than 60 regional and international developers, brokers, architects, and more will participate in Cityscape Qatar, showcasing some of the city's most attractive and investable real estate prospects from top-end developers across all property sectors.

Qatar's economic activity is picking up pace, indicating that the country is recovering from the pandemic. Chris Speller, VP of Cityspace states about how single villa plots are the most regularly traded asset, accounting for 53% of all sales. Within the residential market, this expansion will continue to flourish.

The Conference will be conducted under the subject

'Sustainable, Resilient, Affordable, and Liveable' ,

in line with Qatar's National Vision 2030's four pillars, to demonstrate how these major concepts are gaining importance and influencing the future of real estate in Qatar. It will feature speakers from both government and real estate organizations, all of whom will demonstrate the future of real estate in Qatar.  Along with other topics such as

Big Opportunities for Qatar Real Estate: A Macroeconomic Perspective’, ‘

Lusail City, developed by the Qatari Diar Real Estate Company, is highlighted as an example of advancement with a variety of business and entertainment sectors, as well as natural beauty and unique architectural design. According to Speller, such projects reflect the country's potential and will reinforce the real estate market's investment potential.
