Doha Metro and Lusail Tram service timings extended during the Holy month
The Doha Metro and Lusail Tram will extend its working hours starting from the first day of Ramadan, officials announced on Saturday.
Qatar Rail will operate the metro and tram service from 6am until 1am from Saturday to Thursday. On Fridays, the service will start at 2pm and will go on until 1am.

While Qatar Calendar House, through astronomical calculations, has said Ramadan is expected to begin on March 11, the official decision of the advent of the holy month remains with the Moon Sighting Committee at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.
The Ministry has called on all Muslims in Qatar to look out for the sighting of the crescent of the blessed month of Ramadan on Sunday night.
