Elissar Mediterranean Grill has announced the launch of new Greek theme night, Maria’s Greek Family Table, available every Friday evening. Guests are invited to savor an authentic four-course Greek meal served family-style, created by Chef Maria Laganopoulos as she draws from her family recipes and heritage.

The set menu features recipes passed down through generations in Chef Maria’s family. From the kitchens of her parents and grandparents, these recipes have been preserved on handwritten cards, many of which Chef Maria still treasures today. With each dish, guests can expect comforting, home-cooked flavors that embody the essence of authentic Greek cuisine – rich, warm, and full of heart.

The menu highlights simple yet flavorful ingredients, echoing the rustic traditions of Greek cooking. Guests can expect beloved classics such as vibrant dips and salads, grilled lamb, moussaka, and fresh seafood, all seasoned with the freshest herbs and spices.
