Users can simply register online at the MyHealth portal and create their National Authentication System (NAS) Tawtheeq username and password, and subsequently use the same to log in. The NAS credentials are necessary to access the information on the portal. For accessing COVID-19 Records and other official healthcare records, users must log in and visit the document download portal. Users also have the option to log in with their Smartcards.
The COVID-19 Record Certificate issued by the MoPH shows the patients’ history of confirmed infection and their immunity period. The record will also show the history of patients who tested positive through Rapid Antigen Tests at approved private healthcare providers.
The MyHealth portal is a way of offering transparency and full disclosure to the patient by making the healthcare records accessible to them through the website. It enables patients to access vital medical information that includes test results, appointments, and medications. More information about the NAS is available on their official website.
For further assistance regarding the portal, users can call Nesma’ak on 16060 or Hayyak by dialing 107.
