On this exclusive occasion, guests will have the opportunity of 'Dining with Chef' as he takes centre stage in the kitchen, meticulously crafting a bespoke 4-course tasting that offers a truly exceptional experience to discerning patrons at Jamavar Doha. Guests are invited to embark on an extraordinary limited-edition gastronomic journey that will feature an array of Chef Surender Mohan’s signature dishes as well as Jamavar classics, thereby savouring the essence of Indian cuisine at its finest.
Following the 'Dining with Chef' experience, Jamavar Doha is set to unveil its highly anticipated Winter menu, crafted by Chef Surender Mohan which embodies his profound passion and holistic approach to Indian cuisine. The winter menu promises a delectable journey for diners, with tantalizing appetizers including the savoury Malabar prawns, flavorful Kozhi Roast, and succulent Tandoor dishes like Dakshini Hamour and Tulsi Chicken Tikka. For the main course, patrons can indulge in new selections such as the Kumarakom Sea Bass Curry and Allepey Prawns. To conclude this culinary adventure, Chef Surender presents exquisite desserts, featuring the winter special Shahi Tukda and an irresistible coconut cheesecake.
With nearly three decades of culinary expertise, Chef Surender Mohan’s culinary career draws inspiration from India's rich royal heritage and encompasses time-honoured cooking techniques passed down through generations. Among his culinary treasures are secret recipes imparted to him by the esteemed Nair family matriarch, Leela Nair.
