Excitement has started to bubble over in Qatar with the country closer than ever before to hosting its third AFC Asian Cup.

Preparations are in full swing around the country to welcome its second major football tournament in as many years.

The Lusail Boulevard and Plaza will welcome fans for its ‘Hello Asia’ festival, which will run from January 10 to February 10.

The organisers have released a detailed map about the festival, which clearly marks out locations of various facilities, including parking, Doha Metro, the grandstand, stage, parade, merchandise, activities, and country zones.

The Boulevard will be decked with stunning lighting, cultural flags and decor, and food and beverage kiosks to entertain and encourage fans to show support for their teams.

There will also be 24 country zones — one each for the teams participating in the competition. The zones for Qatar, China, India, South Korea, and Lebanon are expected to draw a sizeable crowd.
