Lusail Super Cup match witnesses massive fan turnout; Al Hilal emerges victorious

Lusail Stadium, last night was the epicenter of all things spectacular as fans flocked to the venue to watch the Lusail Super Cup face-off match between Zamalek FC and Al Hilal-Saudi FC. The exhilarating match, attended by nearly 77, 575 fans ended with Al Hilal SFC emerging victorious at the end of the night. The massive fan turnout for the match saw people from far and wide attending the match at what is going to be one of the most stunning iconic FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ venues.

The stadium became a hub for fabulous music with an Amr Diab concert followed a thrilling football game as Zamalek FC and Al Hilal battled it out on the field. Al Hilal claimed the Super Cup trophy as it defeated Zamalek FC with a score of 4-1 penalty shoot-out after the 90-minute match ended in a 1-1 score.

The Amr Diab concert had the audience enthralled as he belted out some great music for the fans in attendance.

Talented performers from different regions of the world also were present at the venue and created a festive atmosphere right before the match. The cultural activations provided ample entertainment to the fans and spectators.

Lusail Stadium is one of the biggest venues for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ and last night’s match was just a taste of what could be expected in the global football event in a mere few weeks. The stadium is all set to host a total of ten matches during the tournament and this begins with the Group C match between Saudi Arabia and Argentina on November 22, 2022.

The spectators and people in the vicinity of the stadium were treated to mesmerizing fireworks that went off during the opening and end of the Lusail Super Cup.
