Ministry of Culture’s ‘Reading Space’ launched to promote book reading

‘Reading Space’ is an initiative by the Ministry of Culture in collaboration with Qatar Reads, Qatar Foundation’s initiative for Education, Science, and Community Development.

With the aim to strengthen the communities of readers, especially the younger generation, the Reading Space is organised by the Ministry's Libraries Department in Lagoona Mall and is going to continue till February 22, 2022, with the location changing to various spots across town including parks and popular tourist spots.

In addition to the variety of books available for all segments of the society, the forum is hosting several surprises with the sole aim of making reading a nationwide habit with this carefully executed, comprehensive and attractive platform.
