MoEHE opens e-registration and transfer system for All nationalities
Electronic registration system is initiated for all nationalities by the Schools Affairs Department at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. The decision is valid during the period from 21 August till 29 September for the 2022/2023 academic year. The registration process is conveniently available at the Public Services Portal.

Schools are instructed to follow up on registration and transfer requests submitted electronically by parents while emphasis is placed on activating additional services on the portal so that parents can register and transfer students within the same time period with ease.
The Schools Affairs Department at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) made an announcement about starting electronic registration and transfer system for the academic year 2022/2023. It would be valid for all nationalities during the period from 21 August to 29 September.
Furthermore, the registration process in the mentioned system would be through a student's parent via the website of the Public Services Portal.
The said portal provides an easier means to obtain services of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. The ministry has successfully brought together their electronic services under a unified place hence it is facilitating them for their numerous needs related to the public education services.
The ministry puts its emphasis upon school administrations that should promptly respond and verify to parents’ requests for registration or transfer submitted electronically through the NSIS National Student Information System. The prior would be followed through after acceptance or rejection of the submitted application. The parents are obligated to produce the required documents within three working days of submitting the application.
MoEHE informed school administrations to activate the system where parents can request additional services. It must allow the register and transfer of public students during the same time period.
