Ooredoo accelerates digital transformation, upgrades customer experience
Ooredoo Group, leading ICT provider and techco, has announced two new partnerships which will see the company accelerate its digital transformation journey in six operating companies across its global footprint.
It will join hands with Tech Mahindra — a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering services and solutions — and global tech giants Google Cloud technologies to help them in the journey.
Powered by Google Cloud’s API Management Platform (Apigee), with Tech Mahindra as implementation partner, Ooredoo’s IT operations will be modernised by deploying a digital platform-based approach, which will greatly enhance performance and the digital offering, resulting in a significant upgrade in customer experience.
