Pakistan mango festival to begin tomorrow at Souq Waqif

The first Al Hamba Mango and Mango Products Festival for Pakistani mangoes will begin on June 27, 2024, at Souq Waqif offering a diverse range of Pakistani mangoes. The festival will run till July 6, 2024, from 4 pm to 9 pm daily.

The festival, organized by the Celebrations Committee of the Private Engineering Office in cooperation with the Embassy of Pakistan, will feature 43 companies with over a 100 outlets.

Visitors to the Al Hamba Festival will have the opportunity to savor a variety of the finest Pakistani mangoes, including popular varieties such as Sidhri, Chaunsa, Safeed Chaunsa, Anwar Ratool, and Duseri.

In addition to mangoes, the festival will also feature summer fruits like falsa, jamun, and peaches. Local restaurants will also be offering a diverse range of traditional and fusion Pakistani cuisine.

The festival will host a variety of exhibitors from Pakistan who will showcasing a diverse ranhe of mango-based products including dry mangoes, and processed foods.

Another highlight of the festival is a unique display from Desert Green Qatar, a nursery showcasing the best in agricultural practices and innovations. Pakistani handicrafts will also be in display showcasing the cultural heritage and art of Pakistan.
