HH The Emir receives credentials of five new ambassadors to Qatar

HH The Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani formally received the credentials of five new ambassadors to the country. He also extended a warm welcome to all of them.

Canadian Ambassador to Qatar Stefanie McCollum and French Ambassador Franck Gellet met with HH The Emir at the Emiri Diwan yesterday, reported Gulf Times.

Bisera Turkovic, the Ambassador of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Abdul Razak Farah Ali, from the Federal Republic of Somalia and Swiss Ambassador to Qatar Edgar Dorig were the other officials who presented their credentials to HH The Emir, according to The Peninsula.

HH the Emir welcomed the new ambassadors to the country and wished them all success in their respective missions.
The ambassadors conveyed the greetings of the leaders of their respective nations to HH the Emir and conveyed their best wishes to the people of Qatar, reported Qatar Tribune.

Earlier, the ambassadors were all accorded an official reception at the Emiri Diwan.
