WATCH: Qatar Airways allows passengers to re-book or refund tickets without any charges
Under the instructions of the Qatar Government, entry to the State of Qatar is now only be allowed for Qatari nationals, who will be required to enter quarantine for a period of 14 days.
Passport holders of other countries will no longer be granted entry to Qatar for a period of 14 days, after which the restrictions will be reviewed.
Transit passengers will be accepted for travel and Qatar Airways’ global network will continue its operation for transit passengers as normal.
Cargo operations will remain unchanged.
Under the instructions of the Government of Qatar, effective immediately, entry into Qatar will only be permitted for Qatari nationals.

Passengers with connecting flights via @HIAQatar are unaffected.

Affected passengers can re-book their tickets to an alternative date or destinations, or can also request for a full refund without any charges.
For tickets outside of those dates or to destinations not covered by this policy, normal fare rules apply for re-bookings or cancellations.
Anyone who have booked tickets through a travel agent, Qatar Airways advises to contact the travel agent and amend the date or get a refund.
Anyone who booked tickets on qatarairways.com or through any of their offices, can now re-book the tickets or submit a refund request online or by calling the local contact center.

these information without charge or deductions is NOT CORRECT. just yesterday 16 march 2020, I refund my ticket and there is a huge deductions.
